When you launch the app, you will see the main menu.: 

in the menu you will see two main buttons with text: "start server" and "conect to server". When you click on "start server", you will see a window in which you need to write the port that the application will use.:

After entering the port, click "start server"

from the client side, click on the "Connect to server" button in the menu and enter the server's IP address (the server is running locally) and enter the server port:
